Description

The fan blows fresh air to the bottom of the excavation or draws stale air out. Connected to a duct, it sends the airflow where the crew works, along a trench or to the bottom of a vault.

The FA-12 moves more than twice the FA-8: 2,300 CFM from an enclosed 1 hp motor, for a larger volume of air to replace. Polyethylene housing, built-in handle, 28 lb, stackable.

Ventilation does not replace testing: check the air with a gas detector before entry and during the work. It needs a 115 V circuit that can supply 8.6 A; say in your request if you need a duct.
