You agree to use this site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you may not:

The site presents an overview of our rental and sales inventory. No prices are published and no transaction is concluded here. Availability and terms are confirmed by our team in response to your quote request.

Rental contracts may carry additional terms, including duration, security deposit, liability for damage or loss, and return conditions. Those details appear in the quote or the rental contract.

5. Quote requests

The site has no customer accounts: there is nothing to create and no password to remember. A quote request is assembled in your browser, then sent with your contact details. Sending a request does not reserve the equipment. A reservation takes effect once our team confirms it.

6. Limitation of liability

St-Zoutils cannot be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from:

• the use of, or inability to use, the site;
• the use of any tool, product or service supplied;
• a temporary service interruption, system error or transmission failure.

Site content is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranty.

7. Intellectual property

The original content of this site (text, graphics, logos, trademarks and design elements created by or for St-Zoutils) is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.

Some images come from public image libraries or authorised suppliers and are used under their respective licences. St-Zoutils claims no ownership of that third-party content.
