Pole support with concrete blocks

A pole support keeps a utility pole stable when the excavation gets close to its base. A steel frame is fixed to the pole, and concrete blocks set on its base act as a counterweight.

Any work on a Hydro-Québec pole must be authorised by Hydro-Québec beforehand. Get the authorisation before installing the support.
