Description
A road plate covers an open trench so traffic can pass overnight, over the weekend or between stages of the work. Grade 50W steel, 1 inch thick.
Eight formats, from 4′ × 8′ to 10′ × 20′. The lifting ring lets the excavator move it without an improvised sling.
The code provides for exactly this: shoring must extend 300 mm above the excavation, except for a trench on a public road that is covered to restore traffic.
