Drywall cutter

A drywall cut-out tool spins a small cutting bit at high speed. It plunges through the board and follows the outline of an electrical box or frame, so you don't have to measure every opening before screwing.

It is rented for hanging drywall in a basement, an addition or a renovation, to cut openings for outlets, switches, pot lights and windows.

Portable tool. Plan spare bits and a vacuum, as drywall makes a lot of fine dust.
