An infrared (radiant) heater does not heat the air first: it warms the people, materials and surfaces in front of it directly, much like the sun. Drafts and wind take little away from it.

Its panel sits on a wheeled cart and moves easily. It is rented to warm a work station, a garage or a temporary shelter.

It runs on propane: in the photo, a hose with a regulator connects it to the cylinder. Plan for good ventilation.
