Description

A trench box protects workers in a trench by holding the walls back during the work. Two steel panels, joined by spreader bars, are lowered into the excavation and moved along as the job advances.

Available in 30 formats, from 4′ to 10′ high and 10′ to 32′ long. Spreader bars from 4′ to 20′ set the trench width.

In Québec, the construction safety code requires trench walls to be shored to an engineer’s plans, apart from the exceptions in section 3.15.3. An advisor helps you pick the format and spread for your trench’s depth and width.
